HCCA - HA! Even insiders won't hold their shares for 5 minutes before dumping them on the market.

Watching a stock with negative book value and few prospects for success. But it has a small float and a small price. Figure it should take a run some time soon for no good reason, so I might just buy it.

No point buying fundamentally sound stocks, they just seem to go down as fast as their earnings increase. But if massive buying goes into a garbage stock, everyone thinks something must be up, even though every indication is that the company is likely to close it's doors at anytime.
