I recently used MS Expedia to book a trip and found it very easy to use. The part that amazed me was that beside booking the flight, renting a car and making hotel reservations, I was also able to choose my seat and order my meal from the inflight menu. Amazing this modern technology. The whole deal took less time than I usually spend on hold waiting to speak with a human when calling the airlines. If IFLY can improve on Expidia I'll be really impressed. I gave them my card number and the tickets came in the mail three days later. You can also book a "paperless" ticket that you "pick up" when you check in.
