Oh yeah, one thing that I found out today was that the shares held by the officers and board members of DGIV are 144 restricted shares and even though some of those shares are eligible to be sold, none have been. (You do not have to be a reporting company to have 144 restricted shares -- they are what they are -- however, you do have to file a 144 to sell them -- and they haven't.) Silver, off to get some shut-eye.

O.K. PEOPLE - First of all I want you all to know that my concerns are/were the same as yours. IS THIS A PUMP & DUMP SCHEME ? SHOULD I HOLD ON TO MY SHARES OR SHOULD I SELL TO SALVAGE SOMETHING? SHOULD I BUY MORE? WHAT IF THE NAYSAYERS ARE RIGHT? SOMEBODY HELP ME !!!!!! For those of you who do not know, I bought DGIV because it came up on my hi/lo screen in my office when it was trading around $1. I took it upon myself to research the company, again at my office through Bloomberg, Reuters and Dow Jones wires then at home through Silicon Investor. Sure enough over #1,400 posts written about DGIV. I studied for 9 hours on march 30, then realized the Digitcom office was only five minutes away from my home. I hurried down to see the office and "lucked out" by catching Jimmy Chin and Bob Cummins in. After speaking to them, the IP telephony industry, DGIVs future and the sector in general and observing the enthusiasm displayed by these two gentlemen, and since I had been investing in this sector for a while now (NSPK, QWST, IDTC...) I realized that I was in a postion to finally catch a "RISING STAR" before it was at $30 or $40 a/share. I continued my DD that night and bought my first 10,000 shares at the open on April 1st at 1 15/16..... My point? I want you all to know that I am a shareholder, just like you, I have my full name posted here since day 1, joined only because I invested in DGIV and will continue to be here as long as possible. I HATE SEEING EVERYDAY MM MANIPULATING AVERAGE INVESTORS INTO SELLING THEIR SHARES EVEN THOUGH THE BUY/SELL DOES NOT WARRANT IT - THAT IS WHY I SPEND MY PRECIOUS TIME POSTIN BUY/SEELS - ALMOST DAILY So you will hear no hype or B.S. from me! Now - Jimmy Chin is obviously 100% aware of the events over the last few trading sessions and (without going into details) is truly preparing for DGIV to get its much anticipated NASDAQ listing. THE SEVERE POUNDING DGIV HAS BEEN TAKING HAS BEEN ORCHESTRATED BY A PARTICLUAR GROUP OF PEOPLE WITH POWERFUL ALLIES - MOST PEOPLE ON THIS THREAD KNOW WHO THEY ARE. VERY, VERY WELL ORGANIZED I MAY SAY - BUT I AM GLAD TO SEE THAT MOST OF THE VETERAN DGI-A-HOLICS ARE NOT FOLLING FOR IT!!!! IT IS EASY TO BRING A ROCKETSHIP DOWN WITH MM ON YOUR SIDE AND INFORMATION THAT WILL MANIPULATE "MOMENTUM TRADERS" INTO SELLING VERY EASY - I SEE IT DONE EVERYDAY IN MY OFFICE - MM AND NAYSAYERS - A DEADLY COMBO!!!!!!!!!!! I am not concerned about daytraders in DGIV - I AM CONCERNED ABOUT INVESTORS WHO HONESTLY BELIEVE IN THIS COMPANY AND THIS INDUSTRY AND ARE SCARED! DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO COERCE YOU INTO SELLING A STOCK THAT IS TRULY ON THE RISE AND WILL BE A LEGITIMATE TELECOM STOCK WITHIN MONTHS . YOU ARE BUYING IN ON THE GROUNDFLOOR - THE DUMPING OF THIS STOCK WILL SUBSIDE SHORTLY - LOOK PEOPLE - I OWN OVER 55K SHARES AND CONTROL ABOUT ANOTHER 35K SHARES FOR FRIENDS WHO ALL BOUGHT IN AT OVER $7 A SHARE - THEY KNOW ME THEY TRUST ME - THEY UNDERSTAND THAT ROME WAS NOT BUILD IN A DAY (3 MONTHS) IF YOU ARE LONG DGIV - REST ASSURED IT IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND WILL DEAL WITH THE RECENT "THRASHING" A.SA.P THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY, UNFORTUNATELY! FINALLY - I AM BUYING MORE DGIV "REAL SOON" FOLKS... SORRY I CAN'T BE MORE SPECIFIC !!! RICO P.S. BTW - MR.
