Baird, When the Monty fellow cites Diamond as a justification for downgrade, it may or may have nothing to do with the true reason for downgrade. Market manipulation isn't conjecture, it's reality. There have been several articles written, including a great one in Forbes about a year ago. However there's something of a "boys will be boys" attitude. Trader acquaintances have confirmed that these things are SOP on the floor. Let me ask you this, in spite of what looked like pretty blatant dumping last week, what action have you, I, or anyone here taken? PX
