Paper Cut, You are right. With the announcement that MSFT can put their browsers on Win 98, which they were doing anyway, pc sales growth is guaranteed, thereby pushing the sales of chips, software, telecom gunk, and other stuff that wasn't selling so hot. The tech cos, many carrying extremely low pe ratios of 40-100 times phony eps, are obviously candidates for value portfolios. And the U.S. soccer team is still alive in the world cup. <G> MB
