Skippy,

This is VERY interesting.

Did your source indicate who was managing the inventory (i.e., outside firm brought in to verify counts)??

This would be very helpful information....

Thanks,
Teflon

You could try checking with the FBO at the Rochester Airport to see if any aircraft registered to, say LU, have landed...hmmm

thats a real interesting tid-bit. Can anyone think of a logical answer as to why this was done other than Skippy's guess? Anyone know of any other occurences that this has occured in this industry or others and why it was done? CB did mention on the coference call that manufacturing efficiencies were excellent since a new guy took over about a year ago. Also they can easily take on additional capacity without any significant outlay. Is it possible they will consolidate some manufacturing operations from some of their acquisitions to the more efficient CS plants? Just a guess. Thanks for the info and anything else more concrete on this would be VERY much appreciated.
