Anyone going to check out the Win98 sale at midnight tonight?
I have shares of CPU and MSFT so I'm curious to see how many
people show up. I'm going to the COMP USA in Novi, Michigan
tonight to see how it goes. Would like to hear from other
parts of the country...

Hi,

Good post!!! For what it is worth the charting technical's are very positive on this stock. The data from http:www.iqc.com, ( I subscribe to the service) has shown the stock to be a buy for two weeks. You are right, the real estate greatly increases the deal. I live in Seattle and the stores are in prime locations and some are close together. selling the leases will greatly offset some of the acquisition costs....I have traded this stock and made a lot of money on the swing. This purchase is a VERY big deal for CPU!!!!

Regards

cb

You are forgetting that CCity leases all of it's stores. I believe that CPU is the same. They don't own the stores, nor the property. Better tax situation.
