Thanks for the explanation...I feel a lot better about signing on with them after seeing your detailed account of what seems like ordinary snafu's....I know I've certainly had days (especially during corrections)where I just needed to *VENT*, and somehow, my fingers found themselves typing horrible things to innocents online. <g>

Does this mean that CyBerCorp now allows you to install their software by yourself? Switching to normal software installation and maintenance practices would remove a major barrier to my considering using it.
