It is precisely that...Well, we need money, we are the supernation and need respect (to sell to the nation that we are still important in this world) The message is still the same..pay-up now or later.. India is a good play..it is not Iran, it is largest democracy in a world, it has been neglected by USA (for not well understood reasons to me) thus pushed into ties with Soviets for many years now. Again same racket-did you think Chernobyl was bad? Bosnia bad? Cold war bad? Pay-up!!!
