Creditman,

It seems to be across the board with this sector all seem to be suffering. So many have bottomed, that its pretty hard for me to believe that we won't be seeing a good fall (like in summer and fall). I'm not sure of the summer months though.

Diig's deal has to do with HP computers, correct? HP is really way ahead in trying to cut back on expenses. I think it should be improving its bottom line. As other companies take notice, I can't help but think they'll be doing the same.

Anybody have any details on how the acquisition would be accomplished? I am unfamiliar with this type of purchase arrangement; is it customary for the acquiring company to pay for the facility over a period of time (possibly 1-3 years or some term matching the supply-back agreement) or would this be an all cash purchase or possibly include the assumption of debt? The last I saw, Dii had only $63 MM in cash and equivalents on their balance sheet.
