Perhaps we should ask the company, Liberty for another conference call. I did some research last night and found the following.

LACK OF DIVIDENDS. The Company has not paid any cash dividends on the Global Common Stock and it is not anticipated that it will do so in the foreseeable future. Also, the existence of classes of outstanding preferred stock means that holders of preferred shares will receive the dividends to which they are entitled before any dividends may be paid to holders of Common Stock.

This was from the S-Sa from submitted to the SEC. They also sold new shares to make sure that they were profitable and from I can tell they were offered to the people working for the company and the exercise value is 1.85 to over 2.00 dollars, so they can not even take advantage of them until the stock price goes up. As for paying a dividend, I would not want a dividend at this time I want the company to rebuild back to where they once were and not worry about paying me pennies on the dollar. Do you have any stock that pays a dividend that you own that you purchased for under 3.00.

As for them being profitable, I do not see any reason they will not come in with the same EPS that they produced in the last quarter my feeling is that it will go up and take everyone off guard. If you look at the last Q the amount of money this company had to spend was significantly less than the previous quarter. Yes this was because they cut other non profitable divisions and as a shareholder that is what I would want them to do. In the conference call we were told that they felt they could meet the same numbers we were also told that the first quarter was usually one of the lower quarters. The numbers I showed you for P/E are directly from the NASDAQ server I would think it takes into account all outstanding shares to date in it's calculation. My feeling here is we should call the company. The naysayers ( those that have shorted the stock ) have everyone in a panic mode because they think it is going to zero. I will be buying more when the TA gives me a buy signal. The fundamentals say that this thing is coming back and yes I would like to confirm that with the company. I do not have my eyes closed to the trash that is being thrown around about this company but I will not belive someone on the Internet that uses an alias over on Yahoo to further his own cause.

I have made a contact with the company and would like to offer to anyone that has any questions to PM them to me. I will submit them and get answers back to you as soon as I can.
