Steve: You're right it can't be done because "god" didn't promise Israel anything, it was the judges, and later the rabbis, who were easily able to pull the wool over their eyes. It was easy to do because as all the anecdotes of the bible show, the Israelis were basically a nation of uneducated, primitive fools. FT

"God did not abandon Israel at any time including past, present or future." True! God never abandoned Israel but sent His only begotten Son to redeem Israel and all mankind from their sins. The true Israel of God received Jesus as their Messiah as can be verified in the book of Acts when tens of thousand of Jews received Jesus in the first generation. The early Chruch was almost 100% Jewish. God never abandoned Israel but the modern Jews abandoned God by rejecting and continuing to reject His Son. The Israel of God under the New Covenant is found in Christ and not in modern Judaism. Jesus and the Christian people are the focus of God's love in these endtimes. Modern Judaism and Zionist Israel are Satan's counterfeit.
