Billwot, re: "This is a lottery, not a sale." I think you probably meant this is a "promo", not a sale. A lottery implies a chance on a drawing. There's no drawing and the only chance is that you won't be in the first ten in line. Since this is a Win98 promo, it also looks like there using the opportunity to unload a lot of inventory on other products. Look at some of the other prices, ie: 24X CDROM's for $9.98, (with first 10 at $0.98), 32MB EDO RAM for $29.00 and 8.4 GB HD for $199.00. Are they using the Win98 intro to unload some slow moving inventory?
