Steve:

A nuclear reactor is a very high tech thing, right? Could one create itself?

The answer is yes. Scientists found a natural nuclear reaction in Africa back in the 1970s. A fairly pure uranium deposit went critical on its own and began to pump ot prodigious amounts of energy.

The question should be, 'Can a universe come into existence without an intelligence behind it?' The answer is, YES, it is possible. Just as life can develop from inanimate matter given time and the mathematics of biochemistry.

So there's your answer. Next TIME, you better WATCH it!
