Response from Annette at RMGG about the Litchfield share purchase: WITH REGARD TO YOUR QUESTIONS BELOW, THE PURCHASE OF SHARES BY LITCHFIELD FROM KETTLE MOUNTAIN IS A PRIVATE SALE, THEREFORE THIS WOULD NOT REFLECT IN RMGG'S TRADING VOLUME. ALSO, THESE SHARES ARE RESTRICTED. BEST REGARDS, ANNETTE FAKARO ______________________________ My questions were: Could you tell us whether the shares that Litchfield is purchasing from Kettle Mountain are already owned by Kettle Mountain, whether they are restricted shares, and if this would be a private sale? In other words, would WE have been seeing these shares reflected in RMGG's market volume?
