Charlie sounded shakey but, When asked about merger or selling the company! He said, basically I own 400,000 shares so when it comes to that, You can bet I'm gonna think like a shareholder. If the right oppertunity would come along, We would do something, if it were in the best interest of the shareholders! Paraphrased!
