Fortunately, I was aware enough to bring it to BC's attention when I discovered that the machine's TI-45 PLC was mentioned as not being compliant. BC informed me that I was correct and his technical consultant resolved the problem. My expectation is that we may see some major disruptions within the petroleum industry in 2000. And if you can't drill it, produce it, and refine it, you have a shortage. And utilities have a symbiotic relationship with energy. You need fossil fuels to run them, but you also need electricity to operate the refineries. By the way, did I mention telecommunications.... :0) You have to have a free, uninterrupted flow of data to coordinate all of the above. Regards, Ron
