ADOT has a great story, even if we have an enthusiastic person providing the DD.

I like what I see in the filings. these are reported without any emotion. BTW, based on today's starting volume/price - so do others <VBG>

Best Regards

The Reg D is in addition, I believe (based upon the filing date of 3/31/98 and the balance sheet of 3/31/98), to the existing 12M outstanding, but if they are buying back shares now, then there doesn't seem to be a need to issue more shares, Does there?

Also the price reflects what the investment community knows about the stock, which is:

- It has no revenue and little prospects until 1999 to see any at least from the BB's.

- It has the "potential" to reap a big payoff on the Biomoda deal.

- There are only 120-240 current shareholders who are interested in this investment enough to actually buy stock (and I know I'm double counted as I use 2 different brokerages).

That said, I feel we are in for a good year if the marketing at Biomoda starts on time (Q4). I'm long and holding in my retirement account (as the BB's will eventually make money) and speculating in my cash account with this one due to Biomoda. Good investing and do your DD to get comfortable, before investing. ;>)

garyb, I think the 12 million shares outstanding DOES include 78% of the Reg D mentioned.

Here's why...

Reg D allows small companies to sell up to $1 million of stock in a calendar year without an SEC registration.

In 1998, ADOT has already received $786,105 for the 4,894,777 shares INCLUDED in the 12 million outstanding. That means they can still sell $213,895 worth of stock, which at the same price as previously issued and including fees, would be about 2 million additional shares.

That would mean a POTENTIAL Total Shares Outstanding of around 14 million.

That's my opinion based on what I get from the 10SB filing.

You have your opinions and I have mine. :-)

By the way, have you read the definition of "hype?" I say ONLY what I honestly believe. Sometimes I'm wrong... Sometimes I'm right!! But I ALWAYS say what I believe. "Hype" is the wrong word, even if you disagree with my opinions.

Best wishes,
Brad
