IMO this AT&T deal is almost as good as if CF just signed TCI up for E-Bill (of course there are delays with mergers, but the end result is the same).

I remember seeing recently that a cable co. was going with MSFDC in a pilot and I think it was TCI. Do you remember?

Also, TCI is the controlling party in @Home. This is good. I have to think that if TCI has a E-billing deal with another co. especially MFFDC, it will be history soon because of T's disinterest in wanting to share billing data.
