I haven't heard anything.. But I agree the price to holders is definetly more attractive now.. than when the deal was offered...
Come to think of it, this could explain part of the recent decline in ncr stock.. NCR may have bought back 66 million shares but the shares are only worth 70-80% of the selling price today.. Just a thought. I can't wait for earnings to be released.. If NCR can beat estimates for two consecutive qtr's, the stock should react positively.. I think the street is waiting for NCR to show profible growth on a consistent basis.. NCR has revenues over 6 billion and the market cap is around 3 billion.. In my opinion, over the next 2-3 NCR market cap will trend up close to 6 billion.. j
