check out Rogers Cable on the TSE (RCI/B) class b shares. This is one of Canada's biggest cable providers and AT&T has other ventures with Rogers. Stock up and still looking cheap. AT&T could be up against Bell Canada if they want to make a Canadian deal.

From Briefing.com

10:57 ET Rogers Communications (RG) 8 11/16 +1 1/2 (+21%): Operator of cable television and other cable
distribution services, as well as publishing and radio and television broadcasting properties. Volume 82K. (Everyone's a
takeover candidate now).

Seems what ATT is buying is TCOMA's stake in LBTYA, not the subsidiary itself.
