ONSL gapped this morning how should this played out. The stock has popped over 4pts in the last 2 trading sessions. News today that company has added new CFO. Should we enter now that the stock has retraced from the day's high of 31. Need your input on this one.

P.S I'm glad you did well on RMBS. I was one of the early posters on this thread asking if anything in particular was up with the stock on Monday.

My sense is that internet stocks are not to be shorted in this market. At best one can flip them on the downside and better exit in a blink of an eye, or be burnt. The time to short them is when momentum is fatiguing, probably after corporate forward guidance is given during earings and the institutions redeploy money into mainstay stocks.

ATHM is another study in momentum today. CEO will be interviewed on SquawkBox tomorrow.
