i don't know about buy out and don't know where you pulled that rumor from, but i did a look up on some reports and found that Insiders hold 377,000 shares. In the last 6 months, insiders have bought and sold 99,999,000 shares. i don't know if that means anything though in terms of this rumor you speak of.
