It's coming from cash raised through the secondary offering. That pile of cash also facilitated our improved credit rating, to BB from BB- (S&P rating). This improvement also contributed to yesterday's movement, which would seem to be in effect today as well. A little more of this & we'll have broken the downtrend, at least. I was hoping we wouldn't have sunk out of sight before the next launch & earnings report turned us around. I'm still hoping.

I also received an offer from Schwab to participate in this IPO.
I'm quite hesitant, because best IPOs are usually distributed
directly tp underwriters' clients.

Any recommendations or comments will be greatly appreciated.
