Denise, Re MII, dont have analyst report, my feeling is that management underestimated the difficulties with consolidating all their work in 1 large building. I drive by there occasionally so I know that things are humming there now, at least 2 shifts and trailers are moving out. They also have a large order backlog so things are very good right now, they talk in their annual and Q report of some of the problems with the move E.G. People quiting because longer commute, new building, processes, training etc, however they also say they have these things under control now..

I dont know for sure re stock price, but I would guess original highs were shortly after went public, maybe a lot of hype or people looking at the potential for this new co. Announcing the consolidating into one state of the art building and adding service work might also drive the stock, however the vision on moving and the reality are different things.
Re Management, I dont know...They have had the ability to run the company and expand it, whether they can take it to the next level I dont know for sure. The next 1-2Q will show if they can..
