You know, in NYC they periodically have what they call neighborhood drug sweeps. The police come in and make it difficult for the dealers to operate. So the dealers just move on to someplace else. Sure it may not solve the problem, but it sure does make the neighborhood more livable.

Don't know what made me think about that, but that never stopped me from posting gibberish before ;^).
