I don't agree.
I did read all of what the FDA said and the science of it WAS in DRMDS favor as many inside the FDA agreed and stated. A very reputable Medical college stated that the science of it was good etc. etc.
The FDA advisory board stated that the Delta 8/9 ( whatever) ingredients were "impurities" with no function and not required in DRMDs generic version.
The FDA then fell back on the "its not exactly the same " dodge when they couldn't find another excuse to withhold approval.
Thye are a politically sensitive branch of the government and responded to political pressure by a limited few senators and privately funded womens groups ( some of whose funding was from AHP).
If the FDA can reject DRMDs new application without too many repercussions they will.
Am i cynical about any government branch,,, YES yes YES a thousand times yes. I am 54 active in supporting political parties but under no delusions that I am helping anyone but the least of the evils as i see them.

Duract was a big mistake. Up until Feb. it was okay to take the amount or possibly more than what these people took who died or needed a new liver.
If a drug can kill you after 10 days of use why was it that these poor folks got more than that.
The fast track has a big downside.
