Thanks for writing this saved me a lot of typing. I don't even bother with trying to load 95 from CD. I generally use a zip drive and copy the install files into the harddrive and just install from the HD. So much easier than messing with dos drivers. 98 will not be fool proof with respect to loading cd rom driver, there are far too many drive types and interfaces. Another approach is bootable CD which I don't know if 98 will support. NT does and its the second best way to install NT.
