It's never too early to start shooting at bafflegab, Ellen, and there's no reason to give it any chance to be placed into action because it isn't going into action, at least not for more than a few days at most. It's important to always remember what oil means to these countries: It's how they pay their bills. Given that absolute reality they're all going to produce "X" barrels of oil to sell at whatever price necessary to raise "Y" dollars to pay their bills. It's important to remember what OPEC really is: an international version of "The Prisoner's Dilemma". But I won't stop you from believing in the Tooth Fairy, if that's what you really want to do. $^)
