COMPLETES UL (UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES) TESTING

BLUE BELL, Penn.-- June 24, 1998 - Tasty Fries, Inc. (OTC:TFRY), a
development stage company which has commenced the commercial production
of its proprietary French fry vending machine announced today that it
has submitted and successfully completed the formal testing program for
UL (Underwriters Laboratories) approval. Edward C. Kelly, President and
CEO of Tasty Fries, Inc. stated "Our machine is truly the state of the
art, it passed (with minor modifications dictated by UL) with flying
colors". The modifications will be implemented into our production level
units which will be reviewed by UL for compliance in July. This approval
is extremely important to our long range plans which include penetration
into the international market.

The Tasty Fries tm vending machine is a revolutionary advance -- one of
the first multi-patented vending machines to prepare, cook and dispense
French fries with the flavor, aroma and texture of freshly cut French
fries. Total vend time is a little less than one and a half minutes. Tasty
Fries are made from top-quality Idaho russet potato and cooked in
cholesterol-free oil using a patented state-of-the-art robotic technology.
The machines are expected to be located in high-traffic locations such as
universities, airports, bus and train stations, schools, military bases,
theaters, work areas and recreational venues.

The only reason I think Kelly would send the message on Tege's machine is to show there is a market for it and to legitimize our little bastard stock by throwing in a reference to a multi-national, multi-billion $ company in Coca Cola.

That, and to deflect attention away from this scam he has perpetrated on the good shareholders (of which I am one).

I can't believe Kelly's income is ~$280,000/year. IMHO, the only shareholder value Ed Kelly can offer is through successful completion of a multi-million $ life insurance policy.

Disgruntled and disillusioned.
