In talking to ICC this a.m. they indicated that we shouldn't be looking at July 1 as D-day. They indicated that this may take awhile to blossom. Probably through the month of July at least. Also one of the market maker groups is called PH.D. I don't know if they are a brokerage that sells wholesale or if they work with the public also. My broker called them to ask questions and they just hung up on him. It would be really interesting to talk to those guys to see what there strategy is. Does anyone know any market makers that might have some idea of what they might be doing?
