William, The Ukraine has blackmailed us before. Remember how Clinton coughed up a bunch of cash to prevent some of their uran- ium stockpile from "falling" into the wrong hands? We paid like 4X the going rate for the stuff in some cloak and dagger kind of deal. Clinton is such a puck. Now I suppose we will have to give them a billion dollars or they will build another Chernoble. Clinton will fall all over himself to pay this ransom too...the guy can't give away taxpayer dollars fast enough. I hope he stays in China... -John
