Pugs,

Until RMIL provides the necessary information for Mmkrs to comply with Rule 15c2-11, no mmkr will be able to "piggy-back" into making a market in this stock.

In fact, if I recall correctly(and I think I do.. :0), the only Mmkrs allowed to enter quotations for RMIL will be those that fulfill a 15c2-11 application. Other Mmkrs will be required to wait 30 days before "piggy-backing" on another Mmkrs 15c2-11 application.

And I agree, all shares must be called since that is the only strategy and hope that RMIL shareholders seems to have at this time.

Funny, last time I checked the guys who run Alex. Brown were in Baltimore!
