>>>ADP, AOL, AT&T, EDS, Deluxe, FDC, FISERV, IBM, Integrion, VISA, ..... and probably a host of others....and I think it will ultimately be sold.

The only thing needed to start that bidding war, is an indication that the CheckFree delivery model will gain wide acceptance...6, 7, 8 or 10 Billion is cheap..if bills end up getting delivered this way for 20 or 30 years. CheckFree need to continue to build out the Portals..network. BofA/@Home/Intuit...Excite/Intuit. There is a ton of territory left out there. NetScape has said repeatedly that they are looking at it. InfoSeek, Lycos, Yahoo!...a Yahoo! deal would get us really clicking...IMO. Might happen Yahoo! uses Intuits' Tax...why not CheckFree E-bill? InfoSeek in is bed with MicroSoft on investing & other content/services...MSFDC will get that one I think.

A Yahoo! distribution channel however would be the best thing at this point. Integrion CheckFree enabled banks....EBPP...and Yahoo!...what a Channel! ie Yahoo! your money by Integrion!
