That is an interesting statement. I do believe in God, just not organized religion. Granted that does take faith over hard cold facts.
There is certainly no getting around that. the question becomes, just because something requires faith over fact, does that make it inherently wrong?
It is easy to argue either side of that question. Many people come to the conclusion of "show me, or I dont believe it". There is nothing wrong with that. Other people feel as if the derive a "knowing" internally, something that can not be proven, but can definitely be felt. There is nothing wrong with that either.
Given that there is no way to absolutely know, how can one be absolutely sure? The answer is you cant, and either answer is respectable as long as it is practiced with tolerance and respect for others opinions. Something that we all are guilty of not practicing
on this thread.

I know the truth. Plain and simple. It takes very little faith. The more I learn about Christianity, the easier it becomes to believe. I too, have studied Christianity extensively, along with other beliefs, for a very long time. The wealth of reputable information out there points in Christianity's direction every time. All the reputable sciences point to the truth, that Christianity is what it says to be, God's word!

But ultimately, the bottom line is, you must ask God with an open mind and heart for the truth. God will answer! It's really pretty simple.

It might mean nothing to you, but I'll pray for you! Please sincerely ask God for the truth. He won't let you down! He loves you! He loves us all! ... Steve

PS-I can't convince you that Christianity is the truth! Only God can! I can only point you in his direction!
