I agree with you, as long as long as the delivery channel has an interface to an electronic checkbook (quicken, on-line bank account, etc.) Consumers will not pay bills electronically if they have to manually update quicken or their bank account (automation is the key), the service has to be easy to use. When you hit that 'Pay' button it better update all the accounts automatically and correctly.
