That statement came from Dumbtexan on yahoo and I know he has been following this one for a long time I think his statement hit's the nail right on the head. As far as possibility of the deal not getting done, they (RNTK) would never have made that PR due to lawsuits as others have mentioned, but also the first paragraph in the annual report states the same thing, about how close they are to signing with TX. They want this as bad as we do, and I have no doubt that todays action is just the beginning! MM
