Ted: Thanks I will try WRQ on my 486 and leave some TSR's running to see if I can replicate isoman's problem. I need the hard drive cleaned out anyway if it does crash. I have win 95 on it though so it probably won't crash or crash big time like isoman's did. The only thing that ever messed up a HD on me was Michelagelo that was on a disk. As soon as I stuck it in the floppy drive, Norton detected it but not before my FAT's were messed up. I am surprised that the TSR was the culprit even with isoman using 3.1.
