IMO, there is nothing necessarily new here, although I agree with the many who have expressed optimism over the release. Negotiations have been going on for over 1 year now. To move the stock much higher, the market wants the announcemnt of a deal, not more statements about the advanced state of negotiations. That's what we all want. Hopefully, it will happen soon! Meanwhile day traders have made 20-25%.
