Actually what I was trying to say was that I am sure management felt the need to announce something today. Since they did not have the agreement completed, the announcement they made might have been more calculated to appease shareholders than to intimate the deal was imminent. That is the cynical view, and of course I hope it is not the case. I am confident there will be a deal, but I am not so confident it will be within the month. Negotiations could drag on for a while. But the patient will be rewarded. I am encouraged by TM's reaction. He seems to have some of the best instincts around so the fact that he is adding strongly to his position is very heartening.
