Good evening Dale. With WJC visiting China, the market seems to feel nothing disasterous can occur while he is there. With the 7/2 FOMC meeting better than a week away, the market's is beginning to act like a group of junior high school students with a substitute teacher for a day. OPEC has announced an additional daily cutback of 1.3 million barrels a day, in an attempt to halt the price declines in oil . NASDAQ volume today was over 900 million shares, and the second quarter "window dressing" effect has begun. I am preparing for a modest summer rally unless Uncle Bill falls flat on his face with China visit. Gary
