Good morning, Joe. Thanks for your question. We don't believe there are any real plans for the 21 Million shares. If there was, it would be news to us. The company is just giving themselves an option to issue shares if necessary. For example, MIQ/Kinross may hit the biggest strike in the world, followed by funds, brokers etc. who will finance at any level (i.e. $10). On the other hand, MIQ/Kinross may hit water and the company may need to begin all over again by issuing shares at 10 cents.

Otherwise there are no plans for a financing that would double the number of shares outstanding. If you are in T.O., this would be a great question to ask at the AGM. In the meantime, hope this answers it for you.
