Yes, Volume is starting to increase. When it moved up in the 10-10 1/2 area last time, the momentum died, drifted down to 9. Now the strength of y2k sector should give the strength for SEEC to sustain its price move. Who knows, it may gap up! SEEC investors will smile for a change. Ram
