Conference Call notes bjackdx
Jun 24 1998 6:39PM EDT
Here is the some of the issues covered in the call in order:

1) First, a private investor really hammered management on the lack of news and the bad PR. Managements response was that as of this day forward they will be improving investor relations and communications within the company. (They also apologized for lack of news and neglect.)

2) The stock buyback could start as early as this week. It is under review and at the current level management thinks the stock is undervalued. (If it stays at 7, Investing 15% of their cash right back into company.)

3) Still cannot decide if they are going to expense or capitalize the RDL acquistion.

4) RDL acquistion is NOT off. They are trying to restructure it so the government will approve it. Possible Joint Venture solution.

5) Management still is very positive about making numbers for the second half of the year. Only negitive comment was RDL earnings was already in the figure when management stated that they would make up for the first half shortfall in the second half. (Probably a .5 to .10 per share second quarter swing - not much I believe)

6) GOAL: get half Asia revenues back in second half of year, ALL revenue from Asia back in 1999.

7) Possible automitive testing contract in Germany. (Pretty Interesting)

8) Improvements in satellete contracts.

9) In regards to the raid and customs, ORFR does not know if there will be any material effect on earnings. Management would not confirm or deny when it happened, but they did confirm that it relates to one transaction and they have assigned an independent team to research it and will release results within two weeks.

My thoughts - I have alot of friends in this stock and I just bought some additional shares as soon as I saw the stock buyback tomorrow. I think ORFR will be back in double digits in a week, and pending the customs ruling - be back as a teenager. I will admit that I am probably the must frusterated shareholder of ORFR - but the stock buyback has renewed my enthusiam for the company. I am advising my friends to hold and I will advice you all to do the same.

Good Luck All - Bjackdx

PS - whoever posted bulliten board #46 is in hot water "
