My urologist prescribed 7 pills of Viagra in April - took to the local pharmacy, and the pfun began. Principal HMO, which had just raised my pharmaceutical reimbursement from 5 - 8 dollars per generic - name brand to 8 -$15 for same refused to reimburse for Viagra, even after the doc sent in the requested medical neccessity form. I promptly changed to United Health Care, who have better benefits anyway. I'm sure there have been others in the vast 30million population of potential users who have done the same. By the way, United Health Care pays for 8 pills per month.
