I just got back from a trip to europe where I tried a variety of wheat beers. These are great summer beers! Now I'm trying to find some comparable beers here (Ontario, Quebec area). So far I've found Celis White (brewed under license by Brick Brewing) which is an excellent white. But I can't find anything comparable to the excellent brown "weizen bier" of Southern Germany. Any suggestions? More than just a breakfast drink. - Gofer
