John you also need to keep in mind that If pigs had wings, they could fly. It is a big step from seeing and cataloguing the size of a market, and exploiting it. No percent of the market is going to find this product through wishful thinking. It is going to have to earn its way, by providing value, and having people recognize and want to buy that value.
