I find it very interesting that Jenkins put out a press release on
a pilot project, because they don't usually do this. In my mind, this
announcement is significant because Los Angeles is a huge city,
TAVA got the business directly. Keane didn't, etc. TAVA did.
Also we must not be too far along in embedded (which we all know)
if TAVA is doing work for city of LA, and just now starting pilot work.
Lastly, last time I talked to Scott, he mentioned they are not signing
much work that is not follow on as well, beyond Year 2k. Makes
sense to me. I know of one project specifically that TAVA is undecided
about doing based on no Year 2k follow on. What do others think about
the significance of this particular news?
