Dilution is not the issue, building lasting value is. It's hard to believe any shareholder would view as negative an alliance that provides working capital (through the sale of shares at prices above our current trading level) and other benefits as outlined in my earlier message. I can only say that if you hold a short-term view and are just interested in short term gains, BIV shouldn't be part of your investment portfolio. Again, as I've mentioned in earlier messages, our objective is to build a dynamic, high tech company that offers sustainable value through carefully managed growth and long term profitability. This most recent development is an important step along that path.
