OT ** Interesting to see that the volume of posts on this and the DGIV thread has dried up. I think SI is seeing the start of some serious competition. The other site(s) are not as friendly to navigate as SI, but give them a while. bbruin -"HLBS&DW"

MTEI is a potentially great long-term play. HOWEVER, their business strategy to is purchase undervalued land- not for development purposes- but rather for its mineral and gas contents. let's not forget that after the excavation and sales- we still have land that will be worth something. as you can tell- this is not a quick hit. the revenues to be realized from the sales of their products will take time. if you are a long-term investor- there may be some good gains in the months and years (not days) to come. well, those are my thoughts for what they are worth.
